Panera Bread to Open in Downtown Lincoln

Panera Bread signed a lease to open a bakery-cafe in downtown Lincoln in the first floor of the Arbor Day Plaza on the corner of 12th & P streets. Tom Graf represented the landlord, the Arbor Day Foundation.

Noble Spine Centre, P.C. to Open at 70th & Pioneers Blvd.

The Noble Spine Centre, P.C. is set to open a new location at 4220 Pioneer Woods (70th & Pioneers Blvd). Marc Snow represented the landlord.

Dietze Music to Relocate to 48th & Hwy. 2

Dietze Music has signed a lease to relocate their south Lincoln store to the Briarhurst Center at 48th and Hwy. 2 in the former hardware store space next to Earl May's. Dietze will occupy close to 6,000 square feet. Tom Graf, Marc Snow and PrimeSites represented the owner.

Emerald Care Company Purchases Medical Office Building

Emerald Care Company purchased in March 2009 a 15,649 square foot medical office building at 2355 Superior Street. The building will be renovated to house an assisted living facility for alzheimer's and dementia residents. Richard Meginnis and Hank Woods represented the seller.
