NAI FMA Realty is proud to announce that BKD, LLP has signed a long-term lease to occupy 15,000 square feet on the 10th Floor of the Wells Fargo Center, a 260,000 square foot Class A office building in downtown Lincoln. The new office in the Wells Fargo Center will be ready for occupancy in August 2009.
In addition, to accommodate BKD, NAI FMA will be relocating their office to the north end of 5th Floor and take the remaining available space.
