NAI FMA Realty has brokered an office sale in Omaha, Nebraska for $18 million, the firm’s largest transaction to date. Omaha Headquarters Venture DST, purchased Farnam Tech Center, an investment property located 10826 and 10842 Farnam Drive. This development consists of two office buildings totaling 118,612 square feet and a 383-stall parking garage. The buildings, built in 1986, are fully occupied and anchored by TD Ameritrade, who leases 70% of the asset.
